Airplane Rattle

Really like the size of the rattle, especially for car rides. All 3 of my future grandsons are getting one. They match an airplane swaddle I bought.

Customer service is horrible!

I received an email with tracking number.. after a couple of days still showing preshipment.. I emailed to question... Someone emailed back and said the order went out a couple of days ago and provided the same tracking number!🤷‍♀️ A couple of days later I called .. after an odd.. “what’s your name and hold please” she came back and said your order is still here but assured me It would go out that day! Well it’s a few days later, and still no shipping update! I have emailed and called back but no one has returned or answered my call this time! Seriously, it’s one item!!😡😢

Smaller than what I expected.

The airplane is smaller than expected considering the price but it is super cute. I wish it had been a bit bigger and made without the rattle feature. It fits my son's nursery theme and name perfectly though.
