Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original condition with tags attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
A $5.00 restocking fee may apply depending on the return.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom products

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must meet the return eligibility requirements listed above.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
