Hi there, this is Robert the Zu-Keeper! We have a 45-day return policy. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. :(
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return - go to (contact) at the top of the page and fill out the information. Include the order # and full name of the ship to person. You will receive an email with a Fed-Ex pre-paid printable label to attach to your package.
Drop it at your nearest Fed-Ex office and you're done! OR go to fedex.com, put in your zip code and you will see all Fed-Ex drop locations. To make it even easier you can take your package to any Walgreens.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a full refund!

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If an item is defective or damaged and you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and I'll send you a return shipping label.
