We LOVE these crocheted toys in my house. My children, 3&6 have been playing with them since they were babies. If this review were just for the toy, I'd give it 5 stars. My frustration is that usually I buy these in a local store, so I can see beforehand whether or not they rattle. My kids, now older, have no interest in the rattle, so I recently ordered 2 crochet dimple toys without the rattles. Unfortunately, they came with rattles. Receiving them at the height of COVID-19 outbreak in my state, I had no interest in entering a shipping store or post office to go through the hassle of returning, especially when it was not my error. When I reached out to Petit Ami/Zubels, the person responded to suggest I could cut them open and remove the rattle, and sew them back up. Looking at the toys, this is not a solution for me, I'm convinced I would ruin the toy. Plus, it is not what I paid for. The person I spoke with said that either a mistake was made in sending them, or there were no toys left without rattles. It's not OK to send me something I didn't order, and to have inaccurate descriptions on your website. I asked that they resend me the correct order, and I could give away the rattles I received to babies I know, which would probably create more business in the future for Zubels... That was several weeks ago, and I never received a reply. I have however, been asked several times to fill out a review. So here you go: Poor customer service and follow through. Beautiful dimple toys. Buyer beware, you may or may not get the exact items you ordered.
